Review Contacts Yearly
I can't tell you how frustrating it is to spend thousands of dollars for contacts who have been deceased for years and years.
I don't care how good you are at selling asking for someone who has passed away is nearly impossible and down right offensive to do.
We have been using salesgenie for quite some time but something has got to change and not just on a forum as an idea.
When you charge a premium price for data & contacts, make sure we are doing everything to provide premium services.
If I provide feedback on a contact and then check notify by a salesgenie rep, then the contact finally gets looked at and changed, this is wrong and NEEDS to be changed.
I suggest that a yearly review of contacts needs to occur to make sure everything is accurate. I understand sometimes mistakes happen but this happens to often and isn't just a one time deal.
Your system is great and we love salesgenie we just want what we are paying for.
