  1. Need a Universal Search Option

    There needs to be a search option in the lists! When we get a call back from one of the phone numbers we can't see who it is. We should be able to do a quick search for their name or phone number and have the lead pop right up.

  5. Auto Save Feature

    Adding an autosave feature would be awesome! So when users are working list they have the option to turn on/off auto save for that list...sometimes users get logged out or browsers close etc and adding the auto save feature would be amazing so users wouldn't have to redefine or get kicked out of where they left out in a list.

  7. Quick add from SalesGenie to CCLM

    Need to be able to select account or Business and add to CCLM without having to jot down info and go to another screen to add the new lead info. A button that ties the two screens or a "copy" feature that allows the user to send the business info to CCLM as a new lead.

    I would like a "sort by time zone" button. I call nation-wide, and I do not want to call certain time zones during their lunch hour.

  12. Pick-up where you left off.

    I would think with all the years on providing this type of listing service you would have incorporated a "Ended/Stopped here" feature. I know we can put in the record number that will take you back to where we ended but that still requires writing down the number.
    How about find a solution to that.

  13. Data needed

    I'm looking for people who have done a reverse mortgage, the date it was recorded, and the lender name. Is it possible using your database?

  14. Show when the information for each lead was last updated.

    Obviously, it's impossible to have the best info on everything all the time. That being said, it would be very nice to know when the information was last updated. If a record hasn't been updated in 2-3 years, it would be nice knowing that the info might not be 100% accurate (as compared to info a couple of months old). It wouldn't have to be anything crazy detailed, just something as simple as "2+ years ago" "1 year ago" "few months ago" etc

  15. New search options

    can we maybe search by activity or names of any contact? see what we've made notes in throughout the day so if we get a cb, from a different number, perhaps their direct line, we can better pinpoint where it might be from... and maybe even search in notes we've left, to help us keep our business going and growing?

  16. Aflac CCLM single lead transfer

    On Aflac's CCLM, it would be useful to import one lead at a time using CCLM to import the data from Salesgenie.

    Alot of times, we aren't necessarily working from a list, but happen to be contacting a buisness we are near. Most are a waste of time, but if there is potential for a sale, being able to load that one lead to CCLM without have to log in to salesgenie separately would be useful.

  20. New search options

    Is there a way we can search via followups assigned to us? if not that would be helpful.

    Also perhaps search and see activity like changes made to find something.

    I accidentally deleted a follow up I had and I am not sure of details since I wasn't looking at it, was thinking I had a duplicate followup (for the same time same contact) and when I deleted it yesterday it was gone... would be nice to be able to figure out how to find that easier.
